Returning volunteers who have already completed the application process below and have received an email informing them of their approval can schedule below.
High School Student Community Service
Dallas LIFE staff enjoys working with students of HIGH SCHOOL who need to complete volunteer hours for school programs or Eagle Scout projects. If you are under 18 you will need an adult chaperon to come with you each time you volunteer.
On the application, enter the student information first and then complete the adult chaperon information in the spaces provided. We will not process your application without the required adult chaperon information. A background check will be run on the listed adult chaperon upon completion of this application. We will respond via email to help you schedule your hours of service.
