Dallas LIFE has a long-term program developed specifically for homeless veterans, partnering with the VA

Our Veterans Program provides a critical support system to those who fought for our country and now find themselves homeless.. With many veterans finding themselves unable to handle the rising cost of living, Dallas LIFE has unique classes a special program as well as helps them obtain affordable permanent housing through the resources provided for veterans and prepares them to face the challenges of living post military service.

The Veterans Program meets in daily classes, support groups and participation in some VA groups and appointments as well for a 90 day program. Veterans also are offered extracurricular activities to help maintain their mental well being.

*Veterans wishing to join this program must first go to the VA to building 71A and be screened.
